LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO SERVE AND BE DISCIPLED?
We are looking for enthusiastic, Jesus-loving students with a heart for serving the Lord to join Team Two:Three.
Philippians 2:3 says, “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others more significant than yourself.”
At Tejas, Team Two:Three is more than just a summer staff team — it is a community committed to following Jesus through humility, service, discipleship, and intentional relationships.
As part of Team Two:Three, you will learn what it looks like to serve others daily, grow deeper in your walk with Christ, and lead by the example Jesus set for us.

Our Summer Staff plays a huge role in making ministry happen at Tejas. Through their service, leadership, and willingness to serve others, lives are impacted every single day by Setting the Stage for Jesus to Transform Lives.
This summer, be part of something bigger than yourself by joining a Christ-centered community focused on serving others and growing in faith.
Summer Staff members have opportunities to serve in areas such as:
- Zip line facilitation
- Lifeguarding
- Recreational activities for small and large groups
- Our inflatable lake activities
- Serving in our Dining Hall
- Guest hospitality and other camp support roles
We are looking for students who:
- Have an active and growing relationship with Jesus
- Desire to grow in discipleship and community
- Are willing to serve wherever needed
- Want to participate in small groups and spiritual growth opportunities throughout the summer
- Are eager to work hard, serve others, and step outside their comfort zone
- Seek to put others before themselves with humility and servant-hearted leadership
High school applicants must have completed their junior year of high school.

Submit the Summer Staff Interest Form, and our team will contact you to schedule a quick call so we can get to know you, answer your questions, and tell you everything about serving on Summer Staff at Tejas.

Fill out an application to be considered for one of our Summer Staff roles.

A member of our team will connect with you to make sure Summer Staff at Tejas is a great fit for both you and us.
4. SERVE
Experience Tejas and serve the Lord by serving others while being part of a Christ-centered community this summer.

What are the Dates for Summer 2027?
Full Summer: May 20 – August 9th*
*Dates are flexible and staff may request time off for personal reasons (family vacations, mission trips, college orientations, etc.) after training is complete.
Do I need Prior Training?
No, all on-the-job training will be provided.
Is there a deadline to Apply?
Yes! Submit your application by April 30th. Spots are first come, first served based on interviews.
Receive a signing bonus if you commit by November 15th.
Is it a paid commitment?
Yes, compensation starts at $1500 a month with the possibility for raises based on additional certifications acquired during or prior to training (lifeguard and adventure tower certifications).
