30 Days of Prayer… Day 29!

Good morning! Last day of trainings today! 🎉 Today, our Summer Staff trainings include big group games, leading tours, and guest service as they put into practice everything they’ve been learning over the past few weeks. They’ll get the afternoon off, and then we’ll end the day with our Premiere Party. This is a time to celebrate all the work they have put in over these past few weeks and to pray over and send them into the summer ahead. We’ll start the night with worship, followed by our Board Chair leading a time to speak encouragement over our staff and send them into the summer, then enjoy dinner together, and finish the night with a glow night dance party.

Pray that tonight would be a meaningful time of celebration and reflection, that our staff would feel encouraged and unified, and that they would step into the summer feeling prepared, confident, and excited for what God is going to do.

Lord, thank You for this group of staff You have brought together from different states and countries. Thank You for the work You have already done in their hearts throughout these weeks of training, and for the ways You have provided for us, even through good weather and the ability to complete everything we needed to accomplish. As we gather tonight, we ask that it would be a meaningful time of worship, encouragement, and celebration. As we pray over and send our staff into the summer, strengthen them with courage, unity, and a deep awareness of Your presence with them. Bless the dinner, the time together, and the joy of the glow night celebration. May it all point back to You. Amen.
